Halloween & Bonfire Night

Celebrating Halloween at the Monster Ball and learning all about Bonfire Night!

Our first week back after half-term has been nothing short of exceptional. The children arrived on Tuesday morning full of excitement to see that their school had been decorated to the nines and all ready for their Monster Ball. The children wore their best fancy dress and took part in a range of activities from pumpkin carving to biscuit decorating and other various Halloween themed arts and crafts. Their busy day culminated in the entire school meeting in the hall after lunch for a boogie at the monster ball.

But Halloween isn't the only celebration the children have been learning about this week. As bonfire night approaches this weekend, the children have been learning about Guy Fawkes, bonfires and fireworks and, most importantly - how to stay safe this weekend.

Please see our gallery for photos of all of our learning and experiences in action.
